How long will my order take? · ¿Cuánto tarda mi pedido?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After that, transit time depends on the product, because they ship from different warehouses:
- Satin Night Ritual Set — 4–11 business days (ships from our U.S. warehouse)
- Reusable Press-On Nail Kit — 6–14 business days
- Satin Sleep Bonnet — 7–15 business days
- Hydrating Mist Scalp Massage Brush — 8–16 business days
These are estimates and can run longer around holidays. Every product page shows its own estimate.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages? · ¿Por qué llegó en paquetes separados?
If your order includes products from different warehouses, they ship separately and may arrive on different days. You’re never charged extra for that.

Yes, by email as soon as your order ships.

Is it silk? · ¿Es seda?
No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. The bonnets are polyester satin with spandex; the Night Ritual Set is satin. Satin is a weave, not a fiber — it gives you the smooth, low-friction surface that protects your hair, at a fraction of silk’s price. Anyone selling this material as “silk” is stretching the truth.

One size, with a stretchy band. It comes in 7 colors and prints.

A satin pillowcase (48 × 65 cm / about 19 × 25.5 in), a double-sided eye mask (20.5 × 9.5 cm), a satin scrunchie and a satin headband. Champagne color.

How do I wash it? · ¿Cómo lo lavo?
Cold water, gentle cycle or by hand, and let it air dry. Heat is what ruins satin.

How long do they take to put on? · ¿Cuánto tardo en ponérmelas?
About ten minutes. No lamp, no drilling, no appointment.

What comes in the kit? · ¿Qué trae el kit?
A full set of tips in the design you choose, jelly glue tabs (no liquid glue) and a sanding bar.
Un set completo de tips en el diseño que elijas, pegamento en gel — jelly glue, no líquido — y una lima.
How do I apply them? · ¿Cómo me las pongo?
Clean and dry your nails, buff lightly with the sanding bar, pick the tip that fits each finger, then press down for 15–20 seconds.
Limpia y seca tus uñas, pásales la lima suavemente, escoge el tip que le queda a cada dedo y presiona 15–20 segundos.
How do I take them off without wrecking my nails? · ¿Cómo me las quito sin dañar mis uñas?
Soak in warm soapy water and lift gently. Never pull. The jelly tabs are designed to release, which is what keeps your natural nail intact.

Are they really reusable? · ¿De verdad son reutilizables?
Yes. Remove them the way described above, clean off the tab residue and keep them for next time.

What if a tip doesn’t fit? · ¿Y si un tip no me queda?
Fit varies from person to person. If one sits too wide, file the sides lightly before applying.

What do Short, Medium and Long mean? · ¿Qué significan Short, Medium y Long?
The tip length. It’s in each design’s name, and the photo on every option shows exactly what you’ll get.

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full — you don’t need to send anything back.

I changed my mind. · Cambié de opinión.
Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can come back within 30 days. Contact us first for instructions — items sent back without contacting us can’t be processed. Return shipping is on you. Once we receive and inspect it, you’re refunded within 5–10 business days.

What can’t be returned? · ¿Qué no se puede devolver?
For hygiene reasons: worn bonnets or satin accessories, and opened nail kits — unless they arrived damaged or defective, which is always covered.
